*This line of blathering came back around to something that National Sports Talk Guy said earlier in the day: The ratings for a Texas-San Francisco World Series will be awful. Who cares? Why would I care about ratings? Fox should care, but if Fox really cared, it’d get better announcers. So maybe Fox doesn’t even care. Absolutely nothing changes on the field because fewer people are watching at home. This is a stupid talking point. Stop, people. Stop.
